Album: Heaps Canyon
Tough climb to the top in 100+ heat with no water. Sketchy entrance. Thunderheads, tight slots with potholes, logjams, and stagnant pools of freezing cold water around every bend. 300' rap back down to Earth. Two days of hell.

Aptly nicknamed Fat Man's Misery, this canyon is better than any you will find inside the Park. Four natural bridges, crazy slots, potholes, a few rappels, a hot spring - all ending at the big Parunuweap narrows.
