Purpose: Tying
two strands together that are running in opposite
directions.
Application: Ideal for tying slings
with accessory cord, or for joining two ropes
together for double strand rappels.

Thread rope as shown.

Tighten the knots until they are snug against
each other.
Fig. 3 - Rope Pulls:
Be warned that the Double Fisherman, when
used to join ropes for double strand rappels,
has a tendency to catch on edges. We recommend
the EDK
when the risk of stuck ropes exists.
